REGISTRATION

+ How do I join Tribute?

The easiest way to join is through the website. Make sure you add the upline number (the number for the person that introduced you). Or ask the person who introduced you for their replicated website to get enrolled.

+ I have lost my password.

When you press “Login” there is an option that you click “Forgot password?”. The password will be sent to the email address saved on your account. Typically this is the email address you registered with.

+ Where do I edit my info?

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Login into your back-office
  2. Click on “Account Settings”
  3. Click on “Personal Info” menu item.

+ How do I add social media?

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Login into your back-office
  2. Click on “Account Settings”
  3. Click on “Personal Info” menu item.

+ How to change my sponsor?

Sponsor changes are only allowed under very extreme circumstances, in cases of fraud or mistakes during registration process. Please contact customer service support@tribute.ng with a written request.

+ Why is my account blocked?

The most common reason is that you didn’t upload your ID. Kindly take the following steps to ensure your account is unblocked

  1. Go to your profile and click on “Account Settings
  2. Click on “Personal Info” menu item
  3. Choose “Upload ID card”. And then upload the correct format for the id card.
    After the 3rd order placed (or 2nd month whichever is first) the account will be suspended if no approved ID cards is uploaded.

+ How to make money from Tribute?

You can make money (up to 34% profit) by direct selling of the items you purchase from us. Please click on the Telegram group link to join the "Tribute Prospect Forum", send an email to sales@tribute.ng or come to the office at 30 Oba Akran Avenue to get more details on how YOU can make money with Tribute.

+ Can I sell Tribute products online?

Due to the nature of our business, Tribute products are not to be sold online on E-commerce sites such as Dealdey, Jumia, Konga, jiji, OLX, etc

 

PLACING AN ORDER

+ How do I place an order?

Contact a registered distributor to purchase the products from their replicated website or contact support@tribute.ng if you don't know anyone so we can assist you.

+ How to order for my customer?

Click Login in your back office and the "Orders" menu item and follow the instructions on Create Order. You can also click “Order now” from your replicated site.

+ Where's the closest distributor?

Please contact our customer service at support@tribute.ng for more information.

+ I want to cancel my order

Please contact our customer service at support@tribute.ng for more information.

+ How do I request for claim?

All claims needs to be emailed to support@tribute.ng with:

  1. Name
  2. Distributor ID
  3. Date of delivery
  4. Stated issue of the product
  5. Attached photo of the damaged product (or other relevant photos that could help us to take actions)
  6. Attached photo of the receipt

+ What is your delivery timeline?

Depending on your location in Nigeria, you will get your delivery based on that. You can track your individual order at UPS.
Everything ships from Lagos and you can expect a 1-2 business days processing times and standard shipping times based on your area.

+ Can someone pick up for me?

Yes! All you need to do is send us an email(support@tribute.ng) stating who will be picking up, or chat with us on our website and ensure the person has a valid ID card.

 

PAYMENT

+ How do I pay for an order?

The most convenient way to pay is to pay with your card online when you place your order. If you can’t pay online you can make a cash payment at the bank by choosing the ebills option, USSD Payment using your mobile phones, or POS payment with your debit cards at the office at 30 Oba Akran Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos.

+ How do I pay with cash?

  1. Place your order and choose the E-bills payment option
  2. Go to any bank and give your Tribute ID to the teller.
  3. The teller inputs the your ID in the system and validates it
  4. Unpaid order number(s) and the amount will appear for confirmation.
  5. If more than one unpaid order number appears, the teller would confirm which of the orders you are paying for.
  6. You decide and pay for the order.
  7. Once Tribute confirms the payment, order(s) will be released
  8. An email for your order will be sent to you as a confirmation of your payment.
    If no confirmation email is received by you 24h after payment, please contact our customer service at: support@tribute.ng

+ How do I pay with my card?

  1. Place your order at tribute.ng
  2. Choose Global Pay from the payment method options available
  3. Check to agree to the terms and conditions and click submit
  4. Select your card type
  5. Input your Card details.
    a. Card number (16 digits)
    b. Expiry date
    c. CVC number (3digits)
    d. Card PIN
    e. Click on Pay
  6. Input your one time password (generated from token) to complete payment.
  7. Once Tribute confirms the payment, order(s) will be released
  8. An email for your order will be sent to you as a confirmation of your payment.
    If no confirmation email is received by you 24h after payment, please contact our customer service at: support@tribute.ng
    Transaction fee (local cards): 1.5% of transaction amount (subject to a maximum of ₦2,000)

+ How do I pay online?

  1. Place your order at tribute.ng and choose E-bills payment option
  2. Log on to your Internet banking.
  3. Click "Payments" in the drop list and choose "NIBSS Ebills payments"
  4. Search for Tribute Lifestyle Global Concept Limited.
  5. Input your ID and validate
  6. Unpaid order number(s) and the amount will appear for confirmation.
  7. If more than 1 unpaid order number appears, you would decide the order you want to pay for.
  8. Proceed to pay for the order that you have decided upon
  9. Once Tribute confirms the payment, order(s) will be released
  10. An email for your order will be sent to you as a confirmation of your payment.
    If no confirmation email is received by you 24h after payment, please contact our customer service at: support@tribute.ng
    Transaction fee: ₦100 per transaction amount

+ How do i pay through GTB?

  1. Log into your internet bank (or use your mobile banking app) and initiate a bank transfer
    a. Account name: Tribute Lifestyle
    b. Account Number: 0275775185 payments"
    You can also make use of your bank short code _737_0275775185*amount#
  2. Once Tribute confirms the payment, the order(s) will be updated and moved to the picking & packing stage.
  3. An email for your order will be sent to you as a confirmation of your payment.

+ How do I pay on mobile?

Go ahead! We love mobile payments! Use any of the mobile banks app you have and go to the "Payments" and then "NIBSS ebills payment".
Follow the instructions. When the payment reflects in the Tribute system (instant), the order is released for shipping.
You can also pay using the USSD optio by dialing _402_96605496_AMOUNT# select your bank and enter your pin/passcode.
Ensure your phone number in your back office is your bank's registered number

+ Can I pay via wallet?

The wallet option is currently unvailable. You can choose Product Credit as a payment option at the checkout stage, or any of our other payment options.

+ My commission is not paid

The most common reason is that your registered name doesn’t match with the name provided to your bank. Sometimes the bank account number is incorrect. Please double check your account details in your back office. If the money bounces from the bank back to us we will transfer it to your Product Credit account and drop you a message so you can use the money to place orders.

+ Can I pay at your office?

Definitely, you can simply walk into our office (at 30 Oba Akran Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos), place the order and use your debit card for payment via POS or make electronic transfers. We do not accept cash payments in the office. See "How do I pay with cash?" for more information.

+ Can I pickup at your office?

Definitely, you can simply walk into our office (at 30 Oba Akran Avenue, Ikeja) and pick up your order.
- Express pickups guarantee immediate pickup.
- Normal pickup takes 48 hours.

+ How do i get a refund into my bank account?

Please send an email to support@tribute.ng stating:

  1. Reason for a bank refund
  2. Payment/order details
  3. Your bank account details.
    Please note bank refunds are effected within 24-48 working hours.

+ Are your products safe?

Yes! All products are registered with NAFDAC and have been tested in laboratories to make sure they are safe to use.

+ Why is our products special?

With its formula especially made for climates with high humidity and heat, the products are long lasting and adapted to fit the environment.

+ Do you make your products?

Our products are developed and created in France and manufactured under license in Nigeria.

+ I have a product idea

Great! We are always inspired to hear your ideas! Send an email to our customer service email support@tribute.ng and mark the subject “Product pitch”.

+ How do I treat skin reaction?

Please contact our customer service support@tribute.ng. We test all our products thoroughly for them being safe to use so in the case of a reaction we need the feedback to send to the lab.

+ Our returns policy

You have 7 days to make a return request after your order has been delivered. Kindly confirm your order upon delivery. Returns can not be initiated for an order picked by a third party if damaged. Once the item has been received we will inspect it and replace the order or process a refund for you.

+ I have a media inquiry

All the materials on the website www.tribute.ng and on the back office are owned by Tribute Lifestyle Global Concept Limited (RC1344015) and should not be used without permission. For media inquiries or images please email at support@tribute.ng.

 

TRAINING INFORMATION

+ How can I get Tribute to visit my city for training?

We get a lot of requests for visits and we are always excited that you want us to come. Unfortunately we can't go to all places requested by you usually our way of selecting is:

  1. Have more than 50 active distributors in the state then Tribute will visit.
  2. Where new leaders emerge, we try to visit as soon as we can to celebrate together!
  3. If a state has recently been visited, we try to prioritize other states first before going there again.
  4. However, we gladly do online training at your convenience and we also strongly recommend that you hold your own training with your team! Send us an email (sales@tribute.ng) if you need guidance!
